In the Oberinntal, in Tyrol is a well-known trio of towns, which are always named together in one breath, then: Serfaus - Fiss - Ladis. The sunny Fiss is the middle and most outdated of the three villages. Yet Fiss has all the facilities of a modern ski resort you could wish for, and there is a large variety of accommodations - from very luxurious, to simple houses.

The most important and biggest ski resort in this region is that of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis with 200+kilometers of slopes. 125 kilometer of these runs are situated above 2000 meter altitude. Waiting at the ski lifts is not necessary, since 87,250 people are transported up to the top every hour in Serfaus. Besides wonderfull ski slopes, the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area also offers a 10km long toboggan run.

The entertainment in Fiss is a lot less exuberant as in the nearby Serfaus, but here you can eat delicious food and there is plenty to do.

For snowboarders and freeriders there is enough to enjoy in Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis. There are 5 funparks and a boardercross. Many nice events are organized by the local boarderclub.
