There is too much snow here rather than too little. Königsleiten is part of the Zillertal Arena. The charming Königsleiten area is always beautiful and offers great challenges for especially the novice skiers.

Zillertal offers more than 600 kilometers of groomed slopes and about 150 lifts! The broad valley offers excellent hiking and cross country, while the surrounding mountains are totally covered with lifts. Not all ski areas in the Zillertal are connected to one another. Zillertal is divided into 3 smaller ski areas, within those smaller ski areas all routes are connected to each other. These are the ski areas: Zillertal Arena, Ski Zillertal 3000 and Hochillertal.

Apresski in Königsleiten

The apres-ski is not as in Gerlos, but good entertainment is nevertheless present in Königsleiten. For partying after a day of skiing you should definitely go to the Schirmbar. Disco Kings is also highly recommended.
