About Mühlviertel

Mühlviertel is located high up in the woods in the north of Oberösterreich (literally translated the Muhle quarter). Mühlviertel includes the ski resorts Bad Leonfelden, Hochficht and Sandl.

Snowboarding Mühlviertel

In Hochficht there is a small snow-park down in the village. Thanks to some snow cannons, there snow always stays in this area. The offpiste possibilities are more limited in this area, but for the novice snowboarder there is plenty to learn.

Skischools Mühlviertel

In Hochficht are a number of ski schools. Bad Leonfelden and Sandl also have a ski school that gives ski or snowboard lessons.
