In the Southwest of Styria, near the major city of Graz is the small skiing holiday village Salla. Salla lies with the Gaberlpaß and has access to the small ski area of Gaberl / Stubalpe. This area has a nice altitude (800m - 2000m), with some small ski lifts up the mountains.
