The ski area Salzburger Sportwelt includes the villages Altenmarkt, Wagrain, Kleinarl, Radstadt, Filzmoos, Flachau and Zauchensee. All villages are reachable by car. The non-linked ski areas are connected with each other by a free ski-bus. Salzburger Sportwelt is part of the ski region Ski Amade. Together with the 5 ski resorts Schladming, Dachstein Tauern, Gasteinertal, HochKonings Winterreich in Grossarl. The Amade ski area is the largest in Austria! Snowboarding Salzburger Sportwelt

For snowboarders, the Salzburger Sportwelt offers: 3 halfpipes, 2 quarterpipes, 6 funparks and boardercross. There are half-pipes and a number of funparks in Flachauwinkl also include a boarderscross. Because of the wide variety of slopes, the area is suitable for all snowboard ability levels.
