The ski holiday village St. Jakob in Haus is located in the ski resort Pillerseetal in the Tyrol region. Maybe it is because of the high altitude, but St. Jakob is not very touristic yet.

Because of the good snow conditions, Pillerseetal offers more than 90 kilometers of slopes. The Pillerseetal is known as a very family - and child-friendly ski resort. The sloping hills down into the valley are fine for the first antics in the snow. The more than 90 kilometers of tracks are unlocked by 30 modern lifts. There are challenging mogul slopes, carving routes and perfect family friendly slopes. The ski slopes are divided over the ski sectors around Fieberbrunn, Waidring-Steinplatte and the Buchsteinwand.

St. Jakob is not very lively. There is a modest range of entertainment, but a couple of nice restaurants.

Fieberbrunn offers a first-class snowboard park on the Waidringer Steinplatte. It offers ample opportunities for snowboarders and freestylers, with a halfpipe and several funparks.
