The ski resort Turracher Höhe is part of the Nockberge ski area (in Falkert) in the Carinthia region. Because of the high altitude (1750 metres), good snow conditions are ensured. There is a beautiful mountain lake, with several hotels and apartments around it. The ski area has 14 lifts and 38 kilometres of slopes. Furthermore, there is much hiking and cross-country skiing. Turracher Höhe is fantastic for those who like a lot of snow.
