Searchmont ski resort is located near the village of Sault St. Marie (Sault Saint Marie) in Ontario, Canada. Sault St. Marie also has the nearest airport. Searchmont ski resort is located in an old rock formation on the Bay of Lake Superior (But Lake Michigan and Lake Huron are also nearby) close to the border of Canada with USA.

The fun park of this ski area is the Searchmont Area Freestyle Alliance (also known by its acronym SAFA). This fun park has some beautiful modules and obstacles that have been the host of many international (World Cup) races.
