About Levi

The largest ski area in Finland is the Levi ski resort in Lapland, in the winter wilderness above the Arctic Circle. One of the villages from the Levi Ski area is named Sirkka. Of course Finland has a history when it comes to winter sports, but Levi is the only resort in Finland that has the slopes and restaurants on top of the mountain, looking like the ski resorts from the Alps. Besides a reasonable number of ski-kilometers, there is also plenty to do for cross-country fanatics, or possibly going on a reindeer safari, walking on special snowshoes, dogsled rides, snowmobiling or even ice fishing!

Snowboarding Levi

There is a beautiful halfpipe in Levi, and a great Funpark. Within Finland, snowboarding is clearly a trend and Levi brings together many of the Finnish national snowboarding stars!
