About Espace Killy

Named after Jean-Claude Killy, one of the most famous French skiers ever, Espace Killy is the ski resort that connects the villages of Val d'Isère and Tignes. With Val d'Isere at a an altitude of 1850 m and Tignes even higher at 2100 m above sea level, this skiing area is literally and figuratively on top of the world. Both villages have still a lot of their authentic character and also a private ski-area.

Snowboarding Espace Killy

Although Val d'Isere has fantastic slopes and downhill possibilities, neighbor Tignes is the ultimate destination for snowboarders. The best boarders in the world come here to enjoy the snow park that stretches more than 2.5 km in length. This snow park includes: half pipes, quarter pipes, tables, hips, a double bowl, hand rail, and one fun box. The slopes around Val d?Isere also include a natural snow park at the South side of the Col de Fresse.
