Near the Mont-Blanc, in the Haute Savoie, there is the ski resort of Praz de Lys / Sommand. Praz de Lys is actually a collection of 4 small villages: Taninges , Mieussy, Sommand and Praz de Lys. Each of these villages all have a cozy authentic appearance typically for the Alps and mostly wooden chalets.
