The ski resort Canazei is located in the Val di Fassa ski area (Fassatal) in the Dolomites in Italy. Canazei consists of the hamlets Gries, Penia, Chieva and Alba. Canazei has a local ski area around Belvedere, but is perfectly connected to the whole area of Val di Fassa, and has paths towards Val Gardena. Canazei is the capital ski resort of Val di Fassa, so there are very good facilities, and it has central location. The facilities are fantastic and also the hotels and restaurants, nightlife and other entertainment are fantastic.
