The ski resort Lavarone is located in the ski area Skitour Dei Forti in Trentino in Italy. Lavarone is situated between Folgaria and Luserna, on a kind of plateau in the Lake Lavarone. Lavarone consists of a large number of smaller areas - Chiesa, Cappella and Gionghi are the largest. Lavarone has a large number of four-star hotels and apartments spread over these area. Besides skiing, there is a lot to do in Lavarone, which includes Fort Belvedere - Gschwent and a Honey Museum!

The ski slopes of the Ski tour Dei Forti (Montagno con Amore) are divided on the slopes of Folgaria Ski and the Ski center Lavarone. The slopes are challenging for every level of skiing or snowboarding, and the snow here is perfect almost the entire season!

The ski resort Lavarone is directly connected to Folgaria, so this accounts also for the nightlife. In Lavarone itself there are some nice restaurants and bars, but the choice is not nearly as large as in Folgaria.

Folgaria-ski (Skitour Dei Forti) has three ski schools with a total of about 60 ski instructors. The ski schools are Scuola Sci Altopiano di Folgaria, Scuola sci Costa 2000 and the Scuola sci Lavarone.
