The ski resort Steinhaus is located in the Tauferer Ahrntal in the region South Tyrol in Italy. The ski slopes of the Klausberg are situated around Steinhaus and offer the most varied ski slopes of the whole Taufers Ahrntal. The Klausberg is the perfect place for snowboarders! There is a small fun park and a beautiful halfpipe.

The Ahrntal is ideal for cross-country skiers. It includes a small ski resort of 40 km of alternating slopes. The ski area is large enough for one week skiing. Cross-country skiers on the other hand, can find more then enough with 100 km cross-country trails. Other activities are skitours, paragliding, ice skating and hiking.

The après-ski in Steinhaus is less entertaining than in Sand in Taufers. Around the Klausberg are some cozy terraces.
