About Stranda

The ski resort Stranda is located in the region Oppdal in the west of Norway. Thanks to its unique coastal location, the ski resort is less than 30 minutes drive from the beach. The trip to Stranda per car is about 350km from Trondheim and some 400km from Bergen. It's a lot easier by plane from the nearby airport of Ålesund, which is located 50km away. Ålesund has direct flights from Oslo by SAS and Norwegian.

Snowboarding Stranda

There are a few small jumps in Stranda for freestyle snowboarders. For snowboarders the off-piste are also the main attraction here.
