Ski area Vallter 2000 is one of the most eastern ski resorts in the Spanish Pyrenees. Vallter 2000 is located near the city of Girona, and also very easy to reach from Barcelona. Ski resort Vallter 2000 is situated in a glacier-valley with the beautiful giant Pyrenees on all sides. The region Ripollés is a versatile part of Spain. With a daytrip to Figueres, the village of Salvador Dali, or a day at the beach near Barcelona, everything is possible. Recently there have been many new facilities added to the ski resort in Vallter, including a large number of snow canons and a improved toboggan run for sledding fun with the family.
