The ski resort Davos-Klosters is located in the region Graubünden. This area is formed by the five ski resorts Parsenn, Madrisa, Pischa, Jakobshorn, and Rinerhorn. Parsenn is the largest ski resort and is located around the villages Davos and Klosters. It is the largest ski resort in Switzerland and the highest city in Europe. During the winter sport season the population doubles to 25,000 people. Davos is one of the oldest and still one of the best skiing areas in the world. It is a skiing mecca with flair and a touch of elite.

Snowboarding Davos-Klosters

Davos through the years has been one of the top snowboarding areas in the world. The biggest fun parks are located around the Jakobshorn, yet in all ski areas, there are ample snowboarding possibilities. There are halfpipes, rails, rolls, kicks, quarterpipes, and boarder cross parks. The most impressive is called the Nidecker Monster and is 100 meters long and 5.5 meters high. It is located in the Sunrise Snowpark at more than 2500 meters above sea level.
