Ski-holidays Goms-Oberwald
Reviews in Goms-Oberwald
Goms-Oberwald is part of the ski area Aletsch, although there are no direct connections and the ski area of the village itself is not in the valley of the famous places. (Riederalp, Bettmeralp and Fiescheralp). Yet the village is an excellent base for the rest of the Aletsch, and has few kilometres of local ski pistes. Thise ski area Hungerberg offers 3 lifts. The Goms area is especially popular with families with children.
Pisteinformatie Aletsch - Goms-Oberwald
The Aletsch offers a large variety of trails for every level skier or snowboarder. The small ski areas like in Bellwald, Brig, Goms / Oberwald, and Ernen Binn offer a modest ski area with a number of lifts with red slopes. Blatten-Belalp has a total of 20 km slopes for all levels (blue / red / black) and is therefore the most diverse. Riederalp-Bettmeralp-Fiescheralp has more than 100 km of slopes which are blue and red. Enormously challenging black runs around the Blatten-Belalp and the Aletsch Glacier (Riederalp-Bettmeralp-Fiescheralp) make the area popular with experienced skiing and snowboarding fans.
Apresski in Goms-Oberwald
There is no real apres-ski in Oberwald itself. However there is a lot of choice in restaurants.
Snowboarden in Goms-Oberwald
The area offers a wide variety of snowboarding possibilities, with three different fun parks, two boarder crosses, four halfpipes, and two quarterpipes!.Because these facilities are spread out among the various participating ski areas, we recommend that snowboarders use the slopes around Riederalp-Bettmeralp-Fiescheralp, where the bulk of these facilities can be found!
