Lungern-Schönbüel is a small ski area around the ski village Lungern am Brünig in Central Switzerland. Lungern am Brünig is located near Luzern, also called the Sarner See (or Sarnen). The ski area Lungern-Schönbüel has about 25km own runs and is especially popular with families with children. All in all a nice family area, which is easily accessible by the roads near Lucerne or Interlaken (the Brünigpass).

The apres-ski in Lungern is not enormously varied, but the cafes and especially the terraces are extremely pleasant. The 'Zum singenden Kuhstall' on the Schönbüel is a fantastic partyplace from 15:00 in the afternoon.
