Rothenthurm is a small ski resort in the ski Hoch Ybrig in central Switzerland. It offers easy access to the ski area of Hoch Ybrig - but it also has a local ski area. The local ski slopes of the ski area Biberegg are divided over the 'Skilift Biberegg-Neusell' and the 'Skilift Biberegg-Mädern'. The cross country trails around the village are very famous.
