The ski resort Val d'illiez lies in the Swiss part of the Portes du Soleil ski resort in the Valais region. Val d'illiez is situated at the foot of the giant Dents-du-midi mountains. Snowboarders that like to descend past the tree lines can enjoy beautiful areas in the Les Gets neighborhood.
